I have lived in CG for over 10 years and I still love the Estate alot because of couple reasons.
1st, their club facility is perfect for me as a swimming lover with the 4 different kinds of pools. They also have badminton courts, piano rooms...etc which are some great adventages that I can't find in some other estates.
2nd, their security guards and the neighbors are very friendly to each other which makes me feel very safe and secure living in my house.
3rd, the house itself are pretty sufficient due to the fact that I am living with my Grandparents also, so the 3 rooms really help alot.

I stay in Classical Garden since April 2008. Classical Garden is one of the best Estate in Taipo because of the followings.

1. Closer to Taipo Market and KCR station
2. Walk around 15 minutes from KCR station and the walk way is safe comparing to others.
3. Still looks new from outside and inside.
4. The club facilities are completed.
5. You can go shopping in Wenhoutong estate and taipo market, very convenient.
However, there are some weaknesses need for improvement.
1. A lot of areas inside have no top covers. You must take umbella even though having taxi or shuttle bus. It is not convenient for rainy weather.
2. Shuttle bus ticket is still used paper and not envoirnmental. Should use card and can recharge for other club facilities for efficent management.
3. Some phases that taxi cannot go in, it is not convenient for handicap or old people.

I live in here for over 7 yrs and I find the environment, facilities of club house, security and people around the C.G are well nice and it is one of the best private resident in Tai Po!! I think everyone would like it very much and happy to stay for living for long period. I guess, if better transportation, shopping area and cheaper management feed, it would be much better!! I live here for a while and everything in the flat gone well so far but after long period need to refurnish the whole flat again!! At the moment behind 31-30BLK construction is starting and plan to build new flats!!

quite good there, quite, confortable, secure, etc.... shuttle bus schedule is just 2-3 mins during morning peak hour to the kcr station

A good living place for those peoples who no longer feel comfortable with the polluted air and noisy environment in urban area. The overall quality of construction is above-standard, or at least much better than most new high-rise flats in the new towns. If someone is looking for a medium size flat in Tai Po and he/she to enjoy family life after a day of hard work, I would suggest him/her to consider Classical Gardens as the first choice.

I Lived there for 5 years! Well, The security section of the garden is really good and management staff are all kind manner. Surely, you got to pay for nearly $1.6 per feet of management fee monthly, which really really expensive!!! But BEWARE of the water pipe inside the walls, most flats have the problem that water leakage from the water pipe which are inside the walls, but if you complain to the head office of the management with strong complain, they will fix it for you for free! But takes lots times, and give lots of troubles... the distance to eating or entertainment are far away, everything you want to do or need or anywhere you wanna go need to walk walk walk or shuttle bus (only to 12pm) at midnight u got to take taxis! Unless u got a private car, that can park to the nearby rock path car park, which cost only $700! But if you park inside the garden, bloody $1700! Now i move to HK island, shopping and public transport are totally convinenice, comaring to Classical garden! The good side of the garden are, people are friendly inside the garden, otuside? yeah, sure u can imagine, while u r taking train KCR, china people, crowd people cough and dirty words everywhere and all times, that's what i ahte the most!!!!!! Quality of people are the weakness of that area. well, the retal price are so cheap, therfore, if u purchase one in classical garden, u gonna wait till the day u die for the P/E ratio! More good side? yeah, good air! quiet! spedding expenses are cheap! That's about all! Enjoy if you moved in! Think twice n clear b4 u move in!

Inconvenient, with shuttle buses running only once every 5 minutes during peak hours. Also the shuttle bus would divert to Wan Tau Tong if there is a passenger who needs to get off there. That causes the bus to be delayed a further 5 minutes for everyone else who needs to get to Tai Po Market station (the 5 minutes is very important to those who need to get to work on time).
