而家租住將軍澳安寧花園3座4樓J室,居住單位樓上每天由 早上6時至8時就開始發出噪音,dup野聲。早上6am至8am為第一轉,10am-12nn第二轉,3pm-5pm為第三轉,6pm,8pm,10pm. 都會dup野。

一早就嘈,日嘈夜嘈,禁可以點?

TOWER 2 APT 35C Nightmare Neighbours

80 Robinson is an awesome building. JUST AVOID renting from Nan Fung @ Tower 2, Apartment 33C because upstairs 35C is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. (There’s no 34th floor) The walls are extremely thin with this building to start off with as in you can literally hear the guy peeing upstairs when you’re sleeping in your master bedroom. But 35C is notorious in this building complex to be really loud and rough. A French family of 6 is renting 35C and they seem to want to destroy it before they leave. There are the parents, 2 young boys and 2 housekeepers. The boys run through the apartment with all their might, stomping and screaming DAILY starting at 7am to 9pm. They play soccer, play floor hockey with furniture, bring all their toys into the tub... They are known to be out of control, running into roads on the ground floor according to the guards. The housekeepers are known to be rough and rude. They throw things around without a care and yell at the children all day. Worst of all one of them insist on wearing hard sole shoes around the house all day so expect knocking sounds all day (like she’s on heels). Hard to understand why they need to be dragging furniture, throwing stuff into the tubs, vacuuming etc starting at 7am EVERY MORNING in the master bedroom. If you must rent this place after we move out, make sure you are up or out at these hours otherwise you will go crazy like we did. (The previous tenant broke the lease and left after a few months, maybe because she was pregnant).They basically ignore complaints from the management/Nan Fung or make bigger sounds as a complaint to us afterwards. It’s like they are LIVING WITH YOU in your apartment. The wake up calls and the noise levels are plain TORTURE. There are plenty of flats for rent in 80 Rob so hope you will read this and avoid Tower 2, 33C. Good luck to the next tenant.

Have lived here for almost 2 years. I can only comment on the 3 bedroom units. Aside from the Master Bedroom, the rooms are not that big (though this varies depending on the person's opinion). The build quality is not really that luxurious or high quality. It's quite plain in my opinion. The washrooms are higher quality I suppose.

Environment: Very nice - you are surrounded by a lot of greenery and the air is of course better than the pollution from King's Road. There is a direct (very steep) stairway that leads directly down to King's Road and is a 2-3 minute walk to the MTR.

Security: Overall the security guards are friendly and helpful. Not much to complain about here.

Clubhouse: The clubhouse has many facilities, including a gym (no fee), swimming pool (only open between June to October..can't remember the exact months - also no extra cost), sauna/steam room (also free), lots of sitting space in the clubhouse, BBQ area and also lounge-type area. The BBQ and lounge must be rented out if you want to host a party/eat. The lounge area is free to sit and watch TV if not using for party purposes. There is also a tennis court which can be rented out (not many people use it often). Upstairs in the clubhouse also includes a children's play area and table tennis/piano room (extra cost). There's also a playground outside and a small garden that you can walk around for exercise. Overall, a lot of things to do in the building.

In my opinion the better value units are on the lower floors - when you get the higher floors the rental cost really skyrockets.

It's also a building with many kids - great for families. For single/no kids it's fine too - as long as you are ok with the kids. Also seems to be pet friendly - a lot of dogs going in and out of the building every day.

I'm sure this has been the most helpful review so far. :)

Viewed over 30 properties in Sai Wan before deciding on Hoi Sing Building. For a 25 year old building, the place is very tidy, well lit and clean stairwell and common area on each floor. I've seen building younger and in quality is not early as good as Hoi Sing Building.

Accessability is the main drawcard here. Although 5-7 walk between Sai Ying Pun or HKU MTR station, 3 min walk to the tram, A10 & A12 airport bus, western harbour tunnel buses and minivan that gets to from HK Island to Kowloon Sation in 10mins.

Plenty of food options for western and asian food. While Kennedy Town may have more western food, Sai Ying Pun has a better variety of western and asian.

The only down side to this building is that it can be a bit noisy as a buses run through Second Street and turn right on Water Street. Also, the 24 laundramat across the road sees people doing their washing even in the early hours. I assume it is not a problem further up the building.

以荃灣區屋苑黎計間隔實用,正方大房大廳, 建築用料佳(估係牆身地板石屎厚,所以隔聲好), 但比較近馬路,高層環境比較清靜開揚,低層會有車聲同多塵,食肆商場購物都好方便,交通便利,一般去荃灣經沙咀道或悦來酒店既小巴同巴士都可到達,唯一不便就係大窩口站已不合時宜,只得2個出口都遠離人煙,偏離鬧市,要兜天橋,所以我多選擇用荃灣站。

skyview cliff view has an excellent beautiful open city view to kowloon, its quiet, great air, great big roomy rooms, very bright!

impolite neighbors, horrible seepage, leaking pipes, mold issues, no car parking, poor transportation, poor taxi availability.

Man Cheong Building, Jordan / Tsim Sha Tsui, is one of the best place to stay and live in Hong Kong. All the apartment flats are roomy and spacious. It's very, very convenient to go anywhere by MTR or buses from Man Cheong Building.

We enjoy so much of living here! Viva Man Cheong Building!

佐敦/尖沙咀 文昌樓 是傳統宅邸,每單位也寬敞雅致. 值得居住.
